Instructions

Place sliced lettuce in a large bowl. Add radishes, cucumber, and scallions. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and gently toss to combine. Top with sliced hard-boiled eggs, olives, dill and (or) parsley if using and serve immediately.
